Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Team Leader to supervise cleaning operations and lead our dedicated cleaning professionals. The ideal candidate will ensure service excellence, maintain high standards, and promote team productivity while embodying our company values of quality, integrity, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning teams across multiple client locations
• Train, mentor, and develop team members on proper cleaning techniques and customer service standards
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets FanClean’s high standards
• Manage team schedules, assignments, and workflow to maximize efficiency
• Respond promptly to client feedback and resolve service issues
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Communicate effectively between management and cleaning staff
• Assist with hiring, performance evaluations, and team development

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in cleaning services or related field
• Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed
